Services Include: Pre-Purchase surveys, Condition and Value (C&V) insurance or financing surveys, vessel appraisals, insurance and legal investigations, expert witness services, corrosion investigations, yacht deliveries, public speaking and presentations, vessel repossessions, training, and buyer and seller assistance. Bugher Marine Services was formed in 1999. Blair W. Bugher - President, SAMS® AMS® is a full-time professional marine surveyor; incorporating his knowledge and experience in marine surveying standards/practices, engineering, vessel construction, electrical/mechanical systems design and construction, boat operations, and data presentation to what is both a career and avocation. Mr. Bugher was a member of the Boat US recommended surveyor program (Boat US no longer directly recommends individual surveyors), and is proud to be recommended by boat owners and by both local and national marine industry professionals. Mr. Bugher adheres to strict ethics, and will not accept conflict of interest cases.
